Bourbon & Benton's Bacon dinner!

Sunday September 21, beginning at 6:30. Allan Benton will be the host of the evening! Dinner is $65 and the bourbon tasting is $30 per person excluding tax & gratuity. Seating is limited, so please call today for reservations 865-558-9500.

First course: 

Benton's country ham wrapped Cobia with Anson Mills Farro, pickled carrots, bacon vinaigrette, radish & preserved lemon, Bistro hot sauce.


Second course:

House made Ramen noodles, local egg, pork belly, collard green Kimchee, pickled mushrooms, Benton's ham broth.


Pairing: Paper Plane - Town Branch Bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, lemon

Third course:

Benton's sausage stuffed quail, cornmeal funnel cake, sorghum glaze, red eye gravy

Fourth Course:

Smoked local Rib-eye, bacon fat fried potatoes, kale, spicy tomato relish


Pairing: Midtown Manhattan - High West S.O.B. Whiskey, Dolin sweet & dry vermouth, orange bitters.

Fifth Course:

Whiskey cake, candied bacon, stout ice cream, bacon caramel

Pairing: Angels Envy "Aubrey's Barrel" over one large ice cube.
